Dog Section Open Day

The Dog Section will be running two open days during October
These are designed for officers to gain an understanding of the role of a dog handler, see the training and commitment that surround it, giving valuable insight into a potential future career.
The Commissioner has kindly been invited to visit the department, observe the handlers currently engaged in training on an initial course and see first-hand the initial stages of the role.
