Head of Estates
The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria is looking for an exceptional and dynamic individual to achieve his vision for an estate which maximises operational fit, is cost effective and efficient for both Cumbria Constabulary and Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service.
The Head of Estates will manage all estates revenue and capital budgets and lead any future estates collaboration projects for blue light services. We are looking for someone that is ambitious, bring the best solutions to the role and ensure police and fire operations are supported by a fit for purpose estate.
This is a great opportunity to influence the future of the police and fire estate at the start of its journey. The exciting new role will be influencing the Estate Strategy for the next 30 years and will be driving its implementation. You will need to have estate management experience and an ability to influence at a strategic level. In return you will be joining a top performing team.
