The helpline team offers practical information about mental health, including the services and support available to people of all ages in Cumbria. The Team can also provide information on types of mental health problems, medication and treatment, self-help, helplines and online support. Callers are welcome to talk through concerns about their own or someone else’s mental health. Staff will listen and pay attention to callers in times of distress. Don’t hesitate to call. We listen.

The helpline is open from 12pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 5pm-9pm Saturdays
