South Lakeland Mind exists to enhance the quality of life of people experiencing mental and emotional distress and to work generally towards the promotion of better mental health and a greater sense of well-being for people in South Lakeland. We offer counselling (a range of approaches, both indoors and outdoors); befriending across the South Lakes; drop in sessions in Kendal, Grange-over-Sands and Windermere; peer support in the form of our Women’s Group and Bipolar Support Group; and massage for relaxation
