Life After Stroke Service. Providing support to stroke survivors their families within the community, providing information, advice and support through groups, information drop in’s, phone calls. Signpost or refer into other supporting service to support the person back into the community following their stroke.

Accessing Our Services
21 hours per week, each area works a different working pattern for the week.
