Triple A exists to help support adults living with autism share their experiences, create new friendships and navigate their way through life.
These are 1:1 sessions with an autism specialist, helping you to navigate through your diagnosis and beyond. Sessions focus in a bespoke way and help you put in constructive solutions to take you forward in life. These sessions are either face to face or over the phone and are £20 per hour. There may be funding in place or you have the option to self-fund the sessions, this can be discussed with you once we have the attached form completed.
These are social groups, where autistic adults have the chance to meet in a safe place and create positive friendships. Groups are held in Penrith, Carlisle, Maryport, Workington, Barrow and Kendal. There may be a waiting list depending on which group you would like to attend. There are also weekly sessions online via zoom which you are able to attend. If you are interested, please complete the attached form.
